Our Commitment to You


At Ondarella, every piece we send is handled with the same care and intention that goes into creating it. Whether you're receiving an original work of art or a beautifully printed piece, we want your experience to feel as special as the art itself.


Processing Times


Original Art Pieces

Original artworks are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days of your order being placed. Each piece is wrapped with archival-quality materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.


Print-on-Demand Items

(Fine Art Prints, Fleece Blankets, Leather Shoulder Bags)

These items are produced to order through our trusted print partner, Printify. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. This ensures every piece is made fresh, just for you.


> Processing times do not include shipping transit time. Orders are not processed on weekends or US federal holidays.


Domestic Shipping (United States)


We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

 


International Shipping


At this time, Ondarella ships within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.


Special Handling for Original Art


Original artworks receive extra care during packaging:


- Each piece is wrapped in acid-free tissue and protective sleeves

- Rigid backing boards or tubes are used to prevent bending or damage

- Fragile labels are applied to all packages containing original work

- Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value pieces


We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@ondarella.com.

 

Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after you receive your shipping notification.
