How Commissions Work

Thank you for your interest in a custom original art commission! Each piece is created just for you — here's everything you need to know before placing your order.

Pricing

Commission pricing varies based on size, medium, and complexity. Please refer to the Commission Product page for current pricing tiers. Custom quotes are available for larger or more complex pieces — contact me to discuss.

My Process

  1. Place your order — Select your options and complete checkout.
  2. Submit your details — After purchase, email your reference photos and any specific instructions to commissions@ondarella.com.
  3. Sketch approval — I'll send you an initial sketch or concept for your approval before proceeding.
  4. Creation — Once approved, I'll complete your piece with care and attention to detail.
  5. Delivery — You'll receive a digital preview, then your finished artwork will be shipped or delivered digitally.

Turnaround Time

Most commissions are completed within 4–6 weeks from the date your reference materials are received. Complex or large-scale pieces may take longer — I'll always communicate your estimated completion date upfront.

Revision Policy

One round of revisions is included with every commission. Additional revisions may be available for an extra fee. Major changes to the original concept after the sketch approval stage may not be possible.

Can I commission a portrait of a person?
Absolutely! Portraits are one of my specialties. Please provide clear, well-lit reference photos for the best results.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Physical commissions can be shipped worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

What if I'm not happy with the final piece?
Your satisfaction matters. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I'll do my best to make it right.

Can I use the artwork commercially?
Personal use is included with every commission. Commercial licensing is available — please contact me for details.
